Auckland.— Sydney Joseph Patrick Bowes, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount due to the Whangarei police. (See Police Gazette, 1923, page 335.)
Onehunga. — Alfred Patten, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Helensville police. (See Police Gazette, 1923, page 336.)
— William Maurice Crimmins, cruelly illtreating horses, has been arrested by the Auckland police. (See Police Gazette, 1923, page 536.)
Palmerston North. Richard R. Knight, theft, has been arrested by the Hamilton police. His correct name is Richard Benjamin Knight. (See Police Gazette, 1923, page 454.)
Wellington. — Edwin Gordon Eden, default of maintenance, has paid the arrears to the Christchurch police. (See Police Gazette, 1923, page 524.)
Wellington. Alick Robert Irving, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Waitara police. (See Police Gazette, 1923, pages 2»6 and 494.)
Wellington. — William Scanlon, failing to maintain: Warrant cancelled. (See Police Gazette, 1923, page 470.)
Christchurch. —Alfred Ernest Smith, alias Arthur Watson, alias A. P. Watson, theft, has been arrested by the Wellington police. (See Police Gazette, 1923, page 524.)
Ashburton. — Morris, default of fine and costs, has been arrested by the Reefton police. (See Police Gazette, 1923, page 349.)
Dunedin.: Man (name unknown), found drowned, has now been identified as Andrew McCabe, a resident of Dunedin. (See Police Gazette, 1923, page 535.)
Invercargill. — Arthur Angus Lang, alias Augustus Leahy, has been arrested by the Gisborne police. (See Police Gazette, 1923, page 98.)
