Auckland. — Harold Rowe, alias Lowe, default of maintenance, has been arrested by the Hamilton police. (See Police Gazette, 1923, page 283.)

Auckland. — George Glover, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Auckland police. (See Police Gazette, 1919, page 632, and 1922, page 269.)

! Gisborne. — Johnston, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount due to the Palmerston North police. (See Police Gazette, 1923, page 536.)

New Plymouth. Richard Edmond Walsh, breach of probation : No further action to be taken. (See Police Gazette, 1923, page 454.)

Wanganui. —Margaret Millar, alias Davidson, default of fine and costs, has been arrested by the Wanganui police. (See Police Gazette, 1923, page 366.)

Feilding. Clarence Percy Wells, alias Fields, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Grey town police. (See Police Gazette, 1923, page 418.)

Palmerston — Walter John Harris, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Levin police. (See Police Gazette, 1923, page 324.)

Palmerston North. Thomas Ford, false pretences, has been arrested by the Waverley police. (See Police Gazette, 1923, page 454.)

Carterton. — John A. McGrath, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount due to the Waipawa police. (See Police Gazette, 1923, page 418.)
