JELLICOE, Governor-General. ORDER IN COUNCIL. At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 10th day of May, 1923. Present : The Right Honourable W. F. Massey, P.C., presiding in Council. LN pursuance amd exercise of the powers and authorities oonfcrred on him by seotion nine of the Social Hygiene Act, 1917, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and oonsent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby prohibit the sale or supply of the drug or drugs known as Antineon ” (“Antineon Locher ”or “ Locher’s Antineon ”), except pursuant to the written prescription of a registered medical practitioner F. D. THOMSON, Clerk of the Executive Council. Declaring Fanal Island to be a Sanctuary for Imported and Native Game under the Animals Protection and Game Act, 1921-22.
