Auckland. — Dud or Douglas Langlands, assault and robbery, has been arrested by the Gisborne police. His correct name is Charles Dugald Langlands. (See Police Gazette, 1920, page 525.)

Auckland.— John Jones, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Masterton police. (See Police Gazette, 1917, page 111, and 1919, page 350.)

Auckland. — Arthur Leo Nille, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount due to the Queen Street Wharf (Auckland) police. (See Police Gazette, 1920, page 525.)

Auckland. — Frank McDonald, default of costs: Warrant executed by the Wellington police. (See Police Gazette, 1920, page 203, and following paragraph.)

Ponsonby. — John McConville, failing to parade for medical examination : Warrant cancelled. He had assumed the name Frank McDonald. (See Police Gazette, 1918, pages 6 and 92, and preceding paragraph.)

Hastings. Frank Harrington Daley, alias Beesley, &0., default of fine and costs, has been arrested by the Wanganui police. (See Police Gazette, 1920, page 332.)

Wellington. John James Herbert Clapham, alias Cameron, default of security, has been arrested by the Christchurch police. (See Police Gazette, 1920, page 542.)

Wellington.— Percy Higgs, warrant of distress for, has paid the amount due to the Wellington police. (See Police Gazette, 1919, page 766.)

Wellington.— David McCann, alias A. Morton, inquired for, has been located by the Mount Eden police. (See Police Gazette, 1918, page 42.)

Lyttelton. — W. Niven, absent from ship without leave, has been arrested by the Christchurch police. He had assumed the name William Wilson. His correct name is William Thomas Patrick Niven. (See Police Gazette, 1920, page 542.) .

Fairlie. — Boyd Thomson, missing, has been found dead on Mount Nessing Run at Albury. (See Police Gazette, 1920, page 496.)

Dunedin.-— Walter Fraser Sheriff Harniess, alias Harneiss, theft, has been arrested by the Waimataitai police. (See Police Gazette, 1920, page 456.)
