INQUIRIES, ETC., FROM OUTSIDE NEW ZEALAND.
Minmi (New South Wales). A warrant has been issued by the Minmi Bench for the arrest of William Thompson Penman McLeish, known as William Thompson, charged with wife-desertion, age sixty, height sfr.. 8 in., grey hair and eyes, clean-shaved, thin face, portion of left foot missing. He was last heard of at Lewis’s Boardinghouse, Kurri Kurri, about the Ist December last. He is believed to be accompanied by Mrs. Greenwood, who poses as his wife. He has resided at Huntly, New Zealand, and may endeavour to return to that Dominion. If located, a communication is to be sent to the Commissioner of Police, Wellington.
