EXTRACTS FROM NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.
(From Neiu Zealand Gazett c, 1918, page 2494.) Sale of certain Publications 'prohibited. WHEREAS the sale of the books and publications mentioned in the Schedule hereto is deemed by me to be injurious to the public interest in respect of the present war: Now, therefore, I, Francis Henry Dillon Bell, His Majesty’s Attorney-General for the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, in pursuance of the regulations made under the War Regulations Act, 1914, on the 11th day of October, 1915, as amended by regulations made on the 18th day of June, 1918, prohibit the sale of the books and publications mentioned in the Schedule hereto. Dated this 28th day of June, 1918.
SCHEDULE. The book entitled “ The Black Prophet,” and purporting to be written by Guy Fitch Phelps. All other books or publications containing or purporting to contain extracts from or an abstract of the said book. F. H. D. BELL, Attorney-General.
