Ongarue. —22nd April last, on military warrant for deserting from Expeditionary Force, Victor Sidney Joseph Wenham, age twenty - seven, height 5 ft. 4 in., bushman, medium build, fair hair and complexion, blue eyes; usually dressed in a dark suit and bowler hat. His mother, Mrs. G. Wenham, resides in Petone.

Taumarunui. —22nd April last, on military warrant for deserting from Expeditionary Force, John William King. age forty-four, height 5 ft. 9 in., farmer, native of New Zealand, medium build, fair hair and complexion, blue eyes; tattooed on right arm; usually dressed in a light-grey suit.

He may be found in company with his brother, Alfred Theodore Powell, referred in Police Gazette, 1918, page 179.
