Ponsonby. —LOUlS BLITZ’S dwelling broken into: All the stolen property except the silver brooch and the Post Office pillar-box has been recovered, and Edward Donovan and Royal Capner arrested for the offence by the Auckland aud Newton police. (See Police Gazette, 1917, page 625.)

Hastings.— EUSTACE CHARLES WOODWARD’S shop broken into: The stolen cameras have been recovered, and John Finch Roberts, John Henry Mouatt, and Sydney George Britten arrested for the offence by the Hastings police. (See Police Gazette, 1916, page 680.)

Oamaru. —MARY SAY’S dwelling broken into: James Boreham and Leslie Eckhoff have been arrested for this offence by the Wellington police. They had assumed the name Dodds. The stolen money has not been recovered. (See Police Gazette, 1917, page 655.)
