Hamilton. —lsth ultimo, from the Alexander Buildings, the property of KATHLEEN NICCOLLS, a ladies’ freewheel Comet bicycle, No. A 2558, with “Jenkin and McIntyre” on it, black grips, rubber pedals, two rim-brakes, celluloid mud-guards (front one cracked), black-chain dressguard; value, £l3 10s. Identifiable.

Hamilton. —3lst October last, from a paddock at Tuhikaramea, the property of WILLIAM GEORGE TOWNS, a black gelding, five years, white hind legs, long mane and tail, branded with Jon loins ; value, £ls. Identifiable.

Wellington. —l6th August last, while in transit between Wellington and Dunedin, the property of the KODAK SUPPLIES COMPANY (Limited), Dixon Street, a 3A autographic folding kodak camera, No. 44753, with ball bearing and R.R. lens ; and A 3A autographic folding pocket kodak camera, No. 439899, with automatic shutter and R.R. lens: total value, £ll. Identifiable.

Christchurch. —On or about the 6th ultimo, from Charles Pearce’s stable at Sockburn, the property of ALBERT GOODMAN, a dark-brown “ Tod Sloan” racing-saddle and a racing-bridle with a white stripe on forehead-strap ; total value, £B. Identifiable.
