Auckland.— JOHN ARCHIBALD CHRISTIAN’S bicycle has been found. (See Police Gazette , 1916, page 359.)
Pukekohe.— Thefts from the railway men’s camp at Paereta, the property of JOHN PRATT and others: Haurangi Horam, alias Te Haurangi, referred to in Police Gazette, 1911, page 280, has been charged with the offences by the Auckland and Onehunga police. Ring onlyrecovered. (See Police Gazette, 1916, page 359.)
Wellington.— FßANK BURTON’S ring, &c., stolen : Frederick Marshall, alias Logan, alias James Clifford, alias Detective Marsh, has been arrested for this and other offences by the Wellington police. The ring only has been recovered. (See Police Gazette, 1916, page 321.)
Christchurch. PORTHENIA ELIZABETH ALLEYNE’S watch, &c., has been found : not stolen. (See Police Gazette, 1916, page 206.)
