‘ Auckland. — Walter Jenkins, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Whaugar i police. (See Police Gazette, 1914, page 673.)

Auckland.— Michael Leahy, deserting from Expeditionary Force, has been arrested by the Gisborne police. (See Police Gazette, 1916. page 54.)

Auckland.— James Clark, default of costs, has paid the amount due to the Queen Street Wharf (Auckland) police. (See Police Gazette, 1916, page 265.)

Auckland.— Waino Karvanen, ship - desertion, has been arrested by the Queen Street Wharf (Auckland) police. (See Police Gazette, 1916, page 357 )

Auckland.— George Henry Woskett, default of maintenance, has been arrested by the Ohakune police. (See Police Gazette, 1916, page 301.)

Hamilton.— James Power, default of balance of fine and costs, has paid the amount due to the Hamilton police. (See Police Gazette, 1916, page 374.)

Te Kum.— James Kyle, default of fine and costs, has been arres*ed by the Kumara police. His correct name is Louis James Kyle. (See Police Gazette, 1915, page 374.)

Mokau. — John Heath, wanted as a witness, has been served with a summons by the Wellington polioe. (See Police Gazette, 1916, page 165.)

New Plymouth.— George Russell, alias Roussell, default of fine and costs, has been arrested by the Pahiatua police. (See Police Gazette, 1916, page 3.)

Napier.— Pine Amine, alias Downes Pene, alias Dairy, failing to comply with terms of probationary license, has been arrested by the Taradale police. (See Police Gazette, 1916, page 112.)

Levin. — Laurence Egmont Windsor, absconding from Weraroa, has been arrested by the Auckland police. (See Police Gazette, 1916, page 360.)

Upper Hutt. — Alfred Leonard Ford, deserting from the Expeditionary Force, has been arrested by the Mount Cook police. (See Police Gazette, 1916, page 342.)

Upper Hutt.— William George Haines, deserting from Expeditionary Force, has been arrested by the Eastbourne police. (See Police Gazette, 1915, page 304.)
