ABSCONDERS FROM INDUSTRIAL SCHOOLS.
Dannevirke.—2sth ultimo, from the licensed service of B. Rossiter, Francis Joseph Hall, age seventeen, height 5 ft. 4 in., message-boy, native of New Zealand, strong build, dark hair and complexion, broad face ; usually dressed in a brown suit, grey cap, and black boots, He was licensed out from the Weraroa Training Farm.
Lincoln. —25th October, 1914, from Burnham Industrial School, Albert Allen, age sixteen, height sft. 7in., labourer, native of New Zealand, slight build, pale complexion, light-brown hair, blue eyes, long nose, mole under right eye, scar on back of head ; well dressed in a dark spotted-tweed sac suit, dark-tweed cap and lace-up boots, all of which should be numbered “123.” (See Police Gazette, 1914, page 399, and Apprehensions, this issue.)
