INQUIRIES, ETC., FROM OUTSIDE NEW ZEALAND.
St. Kilda (Victokia). — Richard Hughes is charged on warrant with being a rogue and vagabond, at St. Kilda, on the 16th instant. Description: A native of New Zealand, groom, 5 ft. 2 in. high, sallow complexion, black hair, hazel eyes ; dressed in a grey suit and a panama hat. Offender was arrested at Luna Park and charged with the above offence. He was admitted to bail, and absconded. If located, information is to be sent to the Commissioner of Police, Wellington.
