Auckland. —Joseph Brady, default of maintenance: Warrant executed by Detective F. S. Cox and ActingDetective J. H. Sweeney, Auckland police, and amount paid. (See Police Gazette , 1911, page 23.)

Auckland. —Frederick James Jenkins, deserter from H.M.S. “ Cambrian,” has been arrested by Constable Johnson, Warkworth police. (See Police Gazette, 1909, page 65.)

Auckland. —William Ashby, disobeying maintenance order: Warrant cancelled. (See Police Gazette, 1904, page 35.)

Onehunga. —Emily Eliza Gwendoline Ferguson has been seen in Singapore by James Fitzgerald. (See Police Gazette, 1910, page 413.)

Thames. — James Murphy (known as Mullingar Murphy, default of fine and costs, has been arrested by Constable Wright, Hamilton police, and lodged in Thames Prison. (See Police Gazette, 1910, page 439.)

Napier.— Joseph Bailey has been served with a summons by Constable J. Cummings, Wellington police. His correct name is Joseph Trepo Voucasovitch. (See Police Gazette, 1910, page 515,)

Wellington.' Charles Fish, theft, has been arrested by Acting Detective J. Powell, Auckland police. (See Police Gazette, 1911, page 24.)

Wellington.— T. West, deserting from the s.s. “ Gertie,” has been arrested by Constable C. P. Callery, Wellington police. (See Police Gazette, 1911, page 24.)

Wellington. Alexander Aitcheson, default of maintenance, has been arrested by Constables D. McLean and W. S. Harrold, Timaru police, and remanded. (See Police Gazette, 1910, page 449.) '

Christchurch.— George Lewis Palmer, default of maintenance: Warrant cancelled. (See Police Gazette 1910, page 353.)

Christchurch. —John William Clelland, assault, has been arrested by Acting-Detective Osborne, Christchurch police. (See Police Gazette, 1910, page 182, and 1911, page 25.)

Lyttelton. Henry Bamford, default of fine, has been arrested by Constables Carney and Joblin, Lyttebon police, and sent to the Inebriates Home, Rotoroa. (See Police Gazette, 1911, page 25.)

Lincoln. — Edwin Stuart Agnew, absconding from industrial school, has been arrested by Constable W. Calwell, Otira police, and returned to the school. (See Police Gazette, 1911, page 28.)

Kaiapoi.— John Attewell, disobeying order of Court: Warrant cancelled. (See Police Gazette, 1910, pages 116 and 237.)

Sydney.— William Charles Owens, deserter from H.M.S. “ Penguin,” has been arrested and handed over to the naval authorities. (See Police Gazette, 1910, page 327.)
