Cummings, No. 1095, has been awarded £2 for services in connection with the conviction of James Paul and Meta for supplying Maori women with liquor at Te Aroha. (10/2520.) Auckland. —Constable J. A. Mathew, No. 831, has been awarded £8 for the arrest of Samuel E. Blood, a deserter from H.M.S. “ Pioneer.” (10/2.) Auckland. —Constables J. Kenny, No. 1266, and W. G. Wright, No. 1304, have been awarded £4 each for the arrest of William Edward Parker, a deserter from H.M.S. ‘‘ Powerful.” (10/2.) Wanganui.— Detective Boddam, No. 537, and Constable L. D. Molvor, No. 1072, have been awarded £2 10s. each for the arrest of Charles Simpkiss, a deserter from H.M.S. “ Cambrian.” (10/2473.) Wanganui.— Sergeant P. Cullen, No. 220, and Constable J. Wright, No. 1091, have been awarded £1 10s. each for services in connection with the conviction of Ellen Mounsey and John Mounsey for sly-grog selling and keeping liquor for sale. (10/2442.)
