Auckland. William Edward Sinton, default of maintenance, has been arrested by Constable Armstrong, Auckland police, and remantfed. (See Police Gazette , 1907, page 337.) Auckland. William OllyC disobeying maintenance order, has been arrested Constable J. Fitzpatrick, Marton police, and amount due (See Police Gazette, 1907, page 217.) Auckland. —War wick, ; rWilliam Woods, alias Wally, false pretences, /lac been arrested by Constable J. Leece, Roxburgh polio?, and remanded. (See Police Gazette, 1908, page 27.)

Auckland. — Charles Peterson, absconding from industrial school, has been arrested by Sergeant W. Ramsay, Auckland police, and transferred to the Weraroa Training Farm, Levin. (See Police (gazette, 1908, page 147.)

Auckland. — May Curtin, alias Hallet, theft, has been arrested by Detective W. Er. Hill and Acting - Detective W. Butler, Napier and Hastings police, and remanded. Stolen property recovered. /(See Police Gazette, 1908, page 137.)

Kimbolton — Henry James Efancox, default of maintenance, has been interviewed oy/jonstable C. O’Reilly, and has promised to forward £2 a/month for the support of his mother. (See Police Gazettf, 1908, page 2.)

Wellington. — Antonio Alfaim, absent from ship, has been arrested by Acting-Deteotjv«i A. Andrews and W. Lewis, Wellington police, and discharged, as the ship has left the Dominion. (See Police djazette, 1908, page 98.)

Christchurch.— Patrick Murray has been found by Sergeant T. Drake, Whangarei and served with a summons. (See Police Gazette, ifol, page 312.)

Christchurch. — Frederick Sfarker, theft, has been arrested by the Auckland poliejff and was fined £5 or one month. (See Police Gazette, 1907, page 404.)

Addington. — Edward Horne, breaking and entering the dwelling of JAMES ROBERTSON, has been arrested for this and other offences by Actihg-Detectives Gibson and Ward, Christchurch police, and committed for trial; property not recovered. (See Police'Gazette, 1908, pages 139.)

Lincoln.- Arthur Fisher, absconding from industrial school, has been arrested by Acting-Detective A. E. Andrews, Wellington police, and returned to the industrial school. (See Police Gazette, 1908, page;49l.)

Lincoln.— Eric Wharton Braithwaite, absconding from industrial school, has been arrested by Detective J. McLeod, Dunedin police, and returned to Burnham Industrial School. (See Police Gazette, 1907, page 453.)

Lincoln. Jack Hall, absconding from industrial sohool, has been arrested by Sajfgeant Moore, Newmarket

police, and charged with theft, and sentenced to three months in Auckland Prison, and to be returned to the school after expiration of sentence, (See Police Gazette, 1908, page 191.) Goalgate.— William Beddis, theft, has been arrested by Constable McLeod, Coalite police. (See Police Gazette, 1908, page 50.) 1

Forbes (New South Wlles). — P. A. Goold, false pretences, has been arrested hy/Sergeant G. Hastie, Hamilton police, on information supplied by Acting-Detective Skinner, Auckland police, and remanded. (See Police Gazette, 1908, page 122.)
