PROPERTY STOLEN.

Auckland. — 23rd ultimo, from Symonds Street, property of DANIEL MEDWELL, labourer, a gentlemen’s dark-grey rain-coat, lining inside pockets torn, chain tab ; a pair of 18 ct. gold sleeve-links, dumb-bell on one end and shield on the other with “ D.M. ” in monogram thereon : value, £3 15s. Identifiable.

Auckland.— l9th May last, from the bedroom of JOHN S. PURDY, a ladies’ fancy-work collar, large size to cover shoulders, made of black silk, intermixed with variouscoloured flowers worked in ; value, £5. Identifiable.

Auckland.— Bth February, from outside the drill - shed, property of ROBERT BURLINSON, farmer, a military saddle with “ S 4 ” or “ O 4 ” stamped on one of the flaps, and a double-reined bridle ; value, £6. Identifiable.

Port Albert. —Between 24th and 26th ultimo, from the Port Albert wharf, property of WILLIAM DUDDING, North Wairoa, an Edison-Bell phonograph in a polished case, size 12 in. by 6 in. by 7in., trumpet and handle missing ; value, £4 10s.

Te Karaka. —2lst and 24th ultimo, from the camp of NEILS RASMUSSEN, surveyor, Mangatu, a nearly new double-barrelled breech-loading gun, rust - spots on barrel, value £4; a half-hunting nickel keyless Swiss lever watch, “ Seymour, Gisborne,” on dial, value £1; a singlet, tobacco, ammunition, and provisions, two axes, two billhooks, a tentfly, blankets, and clothing.

Napier. —lsth July last, from the s.s. “ Tangaroa,” at the Spit, property of LIONEL WILLIAMS, Wairoa, a tancoloured Gladstone bag, containing a blue-serge sac suit, three white shirts “ L. Williams ” stamped on them, a pair of gold links, socks, and underwear ; value, £lO. Identifiable.

Otaki. —4th or sth June last, from Quill’s hotel, property of FRANK ANSON MAJANDIE, land agent, Palmerston North, an English silver lever watch, “ F.A.M.” in oldEnglish letters on case, “ Littlejohn, jewellers, Wellington,”

on inside of case, supposed No. 232195; an old silver ohain—value, ±4 4s. ; and about 18s. in silver.

Tinakori Road (Wellington). —Between the 10th and 13th ultimo, from a building in Tinakori Road, property of HENRY EDWARD CARD, builder, a gentlemen’s blackenamelled Hollis bicycle, supposed either No. 630 or 650, frame rusty and enamel worn off, Brooks saddle, one of springs broken, a toe-clip missing, 90 gear, Westwood rims, bent nickel handles, cork grips, Dunlop tires, new inner tubes, roller chain ; value, £5. Christchurch. —30th April last, from the bedroom of LAURA B. MOON, Shakespeare Road, a small star gold pendant, set with thirty-six small pearls, value £5. Suspicion attached to George Moon , age twenty-two, height 5 ft. in., salesman, native of New Zealand, dark complexion, black hair, blue eyes, clean-shaved, thin face; generally dressed in dark-tweed suit, and hard black hat.

Christchurch. —2nd ultimo, from Cathedral Square, property of ARTHUR PARSON, insurance agent, a gentlemen’s Boyd bicycle, with double-spring Boyd seat, rat-trap pedals, celluloid grips with white tips; value, £lO. Identifiable.

Christchurch. —14th ultimo, from the Excelsior Hotel, property of SAMUEL LINDSAY, farmer, a gentlemen’s dark-tweed overcoat ; value, £3. Identifiable.

SYDENHAM —26th July last, from the Druid’s Hall, property of JAMES ALEXANDER, carter, a blue-cloth Chesterfield coat, tab made of same material, plaid lining ; value £2. Identifiable.
