years of age, sft. 9in. high, medium build, fair hair, light moustache only; dressed in a dark-tweed suit. He left Gisborne on the 28th October last in the s.s. “ Tarawera ” for Napier, and went on in the same steamer, expressing his intention of going to Christchurch races.

Mrs. Eva Brake is inquired for by the New Plymouth police. Description : A native of Ballarat, Victoria, a domestic servant, about twenty-three years of age, about sft. 2in. high, fair complexion, dark-brown hair and eyes, respectable appearance; dressed in black when last seen. Inquiry is with the view of compelling her to pay for the maintenance of her infant, now in charge of Mrs. Margaret E. Eva.

Mbs. Ann Kebwick is missing from her home in Vincent Street, Auckland, since the 3rd ultimo. Description: Irish, forty-two years of age, sft. sin. high, about 14 stone weight, tt 5 very stout build, dark hair and complexion, brown eyes, fond ' of drink, and very bloated.
