Special Inquiry.
Willie Wylie, alias Henry Wilson, is inquired for by the Hastings (Hawke’s Bay) police. Description : A quartercaste Maori, twenty years of age, sft. 6Jin. high, light copper complexion, black curly hair, dark-brown eyes, long nose. (See Police Gazette, 1895, pages 58 and 126.) Left Palmerston North about the 12th ultimo, supposed for Wellington. He is required as a witness for the prosecution in a case of forgery, and it is very important that his whereabouts should be ascertained. If found, the Sergeant of Police, at Hastings, should be at once communicated with by telegraph.
