Deserter from Her Majesty’s Service.
From H.M.S. “ Katoomba," at Auckland. On 18th June, 1893. William Henry Powell, stoker, a native of Radnorshire, twenty-two years of age, sft. 4Jin. high, brown hair, brown eyes, fair complexion, cut on under lip. A reward of £3 is offered for his arrest, in addition to £5 from the Colonial Government.
