' (Sec Police Gazette, 1892, page 130.) Moawiianga. —Kuripapango, charged with stealing John Kelly’s horse, has been arrested by Acting-Sergeant A. Pickering, Hastings Police, and remanded to Napier. Horse recovered.
1 (See Police Gazette, 1892, page 130.) Mercer. —Charles Pope’s gelding has been recovered, it having been sold at Otahuhu, on the 2Gth ultimo, to Walter Absolum, by a man who gave the name of T. W. Smith. Description : About twenty-five years of age, about sft. Sin. high, clean-shaved, ruddy complexion, liigli cheek-bones, thin nose, dark hair, small eyes, Scotch accent; dressed in dark clothes and soft black-felt hat. He went towards Drury, riding a bay pony with black points. Suspicion no longer attached to the youth, Henry Baston. * (See Police Gazette, 1892, pages 112 and 130.) Otautau. —Patrick Carr’s saddle has been found.
