Deserting Wives and Families, &c.

Richard Cokf.k is charged on warrant with disobeying a summons to appear at tiio Resident Magistrate’s Court, Christchurch, on the 26th ultimo, for not supporting his children. Description : English, a labourer, twenty-nine years of age, about 6ft. high, medium build, fair complexion, blue eyes, dark-brown hair, sandy whiskers beard and moustache, round features.

Augustus Save is charged, on warrant issued by the Auckland Bench, with having deserted his wife, at the Thames, since the 19th ultimo. Description : A Portuguese, a gum-digger, twenty-three years of age, sft. 7in. high, medium build, dark hair and complexion, black moustache only, black eyes, mark on right side of forehead; dressed in blackserge suit and hard black-felt hat. Complainant’s address is Sale Street, Auckland.
