Inquest.

An inquest was held on the 15th instant, at the Hospital, Auckland, by Dr. Philson, Coroner, on the body of a man, name unknown, who was killed on the previous morning by jumping into Little Queen Street from a window on the third floor of Henry Borsbroom’s boarding-house, then on fire. Verdict: Accidentally killed by a fall. Description: About forty-eight or fifty years of age, sft. sin. high, medium build, thin features, short straight nose, hazel eyes, two upper front-teeth out, long dark hair mixed with grey, very small side-whiskers, full beard and moustache, nearly white ; looked like a clerk.
