Deserted from Her Majesty’s ship “ Diamond,’’ at Sydney, between the 17th May and the 6th June last, — Frederick Diment, a native of Lambeth, London, an able seaman, twenty-one years of age, 5 feet 3£ inches high, dark complexion, brown hair, and hazel eyes, scar on right cheek. Frederick Sawyer, a native of Roehampton, an able seaman, thirty-three years of age, 5 feet 5 inches high, fair complexion, dark-brown hair, and hazel eyes. John Hoggarth, a native of Yorkshire, private R.M.L.I. twenty-five years of age, 5 feet 5 inches high, fresh complexion, brown hair, and grey eyes. Francis T. Tester, a native of Sussex, second-class ordinary seaman, twenty-five years of age, 5 feet 4 inches high, dark complexion, black hair, and brown eyes. Albert Jeffrey, a native of Suffolk, an ordinary seaman, eighteen years of age, 5 feet 6 inches high, dark complexion, dark-brown hair, and brown eyes. Albert J. Clark, a native of Lympstone, Devon, an ordinary seaman, nineteen years of age, 5 feet 3 inches high, ruddy complexion, brown hair, and grey eyes. Daniel Sullivan, a native of Castletown, County Cork, nineteen years of age, 5 feet 7 inches high, fair complexion, light hair, and grey eyes, anchor tattooed on left forearm. A reward of £3 each is offered for their arrest, in addition to £5 reward offered by the Colonial Government.
