John Hennigan, escaped prisoner : A man answering Hennigan’s description worked at Captain Birche’s woolshcd, Patea, and left there about the 15th of April last, supposed for Motau. He was known at the woolelied as “ The Infant,” and “ Uncle.” He represented that he had been recently discharged from the Armed Constabulary.
