Note. —Te Aroha Telegraph Office closes at 5 p.m. Entrance money must be enclosed with nominations, together with name and address of owner, name, age and pedigree of horse, name of trainer and colours. Entries made by telegram must be confirmed in writing by first mail, with full particulars and entrance money, otherwise fines (provided for under Part XVI., Rule 4 of Rules of Racing) will be rigidly enforced. Owners are responsible in the matter of penalties and allowances. All races to be run under the New Zealand Rules of Rading. Any horse winning after publication of weights is liable to be re-handicapped. In no case will tickets be issued to trainers or jockeys except on production of licenses to the Secretary.
