Races, or Steeplechases respectively, shall be estimated separately, and shall not debar such horse from entry except in the special class of race in -which he has won the amounts. The winner of any flat race after the declaration of weights to carry 71b. penalty, and every additional race 71b. extra. In all nominations, descriptions, age, and pedigree of horses, the colours of the rider (unless registered), and the name of trainer must be given. Any person who shall at any meeting where the totalisator is used, run a horse in colours other than those notified in the Official Calendar as registered in his name, shall pay to the Club a fine of 1 sov. for every start.
