QUEEN’S THEATRE.
There is plenty of variety in the new set of- pictures screened at Queen’s Theatre on Monday. “ The Mystery of the Silver Skull” takes first place and revolves round a girl, a villain and a hero. The part ths skull and crossbones play in circumventing an evil plot is told in thrilling fashion with Maurice Costello in the lead. Another exciting drama is unfolded in “King of the Marksmen,” a tale of the West. Some beautiful scenery is disclosed in “A National Park in Lapland,” while the “Queen’s Weekly Chronicle” is the medium for showing some interesting topical events, the G.F-S. Arcadian Fete, Boy Scouts at work, and views of Shelly Beach. “Bunny for the Cause” and “Unprofitable Boarders” are a couple of hearty laugh-makers.
