FEDERAL HALL.
A PERMANENT PICTURE SfHOW.
The Selbinis have been the attraction at the Federal Hall, during the week with a picture show that opened for. the first time last evening, the latter arousing a good deal of interest, the proprietors having installed an, electric plant for the purpose. One of the best turns is the thought reading or thought transference business, by means of which Miss Ada Selbini, while blindfolded, accuiately describes coins and other articles produced by those who are present. The proprietors are offering a prize of £1 for the best and most suitable suggestion of a name for the new picture theatre.
