HELENSVILLE RACING CLUB’S ANNUAL MEETING.
TAKES PLACE TO-DAY. The annual meeting of the Helensville Racing Club takes place at the club’s course this afternoon, and there should be a good attendance when the first race comes up for decision. Special train arrangements have been made to carry sportsmen from Auckland, a train being timed to leave town at 9.35 a.m., returning from the course at 6.20 p.m., arriving in town at 8.48 p.m. Capital acceptances have been received for the various events, and everything points to a most enjoyable outing being provided.
