AMONG THE SECOND GRADERS.
Grafton appear to have an easy win in sight against Parnell A. The latter made 63 and Grafton 147 (Robinson 51, Hill 28). Parnell B, without a full team, made 105 (McDonagh 41) against North Shore, who have lost seven wickets for 89. Eden A run up the fine score of 210 against Eden B, who have lost three wickets for 37. Only seven men of the North Shore B team turned out on Saturday, and Parnell, after making 146, dismissed them for 16 and 12. In the two innings H. Turbott took six wickets for 5 runs, and Somervill five wickets for 16.
