THE HUTT VALLEY TROTTING CLUB.
The annual meeting of the Hutt Trotting Club will take place on the Petone Recreation Grounds on Saturday, May 25. For it a nice programme has arranged, consisting of the following events: — The Trial Trot of 25SOVS, i| miles; the Petone Trot of 25SOVS, one mile, the Hutt Valley Trotting Club Handicap of 75SOVS, 2 miles; the Ladies’ Bracelet of 2osovs, 2 miles; the Electric Trot of 35SOVS, 1 mile; the Tradesman’s Trot of 25SOVS, miles; the Final Trot of 25SOVS, 1 mile. This list seems well worth the consideration of owners. These are reminded that nominations for all events close with Mr N. J. Bennington, the hon. secretary, at 9 p.m. on Friday, May 10. The programme will be found in our advertising columns.
