A PRESENTATION

A pleasing ceremony took place last week at Messrs. L. D. Nathan and Co’s, Limited, warehouse on the occasion of Mr. M. J. Foley severing his connection with the firm. Mr. Foley was presented by bis fellowemployees with a fitted travellingbag suitably inscribed, also, on behalf of Mrs. Foley, an electro plated entree dish. The gifts were presented by Mr. Ernest D. Benjamin, on behalf of the staff, who referred to Mr. Foley’s eighteen years of service with the firm, and the recipient responded in a neat speech, expressing his warm appreciation. Mr. Foley starts in business as manager of the N.Z. Trading Companp, in which venture his fellow workers wished him every success.
