The Helensville Jcekey Club held their meetj ing on Wednesday last in fine weather. The following were the results : — Maiden Flate, six furlongs —Gunfire, 9.12, 1 ; Lady Marmion, 8 7,2. Lucelta won, but was disqualfied on protest for non compliance with the conditions of the race. Betting—2 to 1 against Gunfire, even money Lucetta. Handicap Hubdles, one mile and a half. — Mokomoko, 10 8,1; Lsdy lasn, 10 22; Bob, 10.12, 3. Betting—Even money on Mokomoko, 2 to 1 against Lady Dash. Won by a head. Publicans’ Purse, six furlongs.—St Patrick 11, 9,12, 1 ; Lady Norval, 9.7, 2 ; Kitty, 8.5, 3.

Betting—Even money* on Swagsman. Won by a length. . Maori Handicap, one mile. —Cuisine, 10.10, 1 ; Kipoai, 9.7, 2 ; Pukiatua, 10.5, 3. Betting— t 7t04 on Cuisine. Won easily. Flying Handicap, six furlongs.—St Rowan, 8.3, 1 ; Lady Dash, 7.12, 2; Nereid, 8.8, 3. Betting—2 to 1 against St Rowan- Won comfortably. Farmees’ Welteb Handicap, one mile.— Lady Norval, 9.5. 1 ; Fabannie, B.IQ, 2; St Patrick, 9 10, 3. Betting—3 to lon St Patrick, 3 to 1 against Lady Norval. Won by half a length. . ■
