The annual race meeting of the Rotorua Jockey Club was held on Wednesday last. The attendance wao large. Ten shilling tickets were issued by the totalisator the total sum put through being £617; The following were the results :— Handicap Hubdles of 25 sovs, one mile and a half. —Inchcape, 11.4, 1 ; Evermore, 10 10, 2, Other starter —Mocassin, but fell. Won easily. Time, 2min 56|j8ec. Dividend, £1 4s. Tourist Plate Handicap of 20 sovs, six furlongs.—Sole, 7.5, 1; Hillflower, 7.4, 2. Other starter—Blackie. Won by a length. Time, 1 min Dividend, 16s, Rotobua Cup Handicap of 45 sovs. —Miss 1 ottie, 7.12, 1 ; Meteor, 8.0, 2. These were the only starters. Won easily. Time, Imin 33sec. Dividend, £1 12s. Handicap Maidbn Plate of 15 sots —Seatonia 9.2, 1; Pretty Boy, 8.9, 2; Taringairo, 7.4, 3. These were the only starters. Won easily. Time, Imin 33sec. Dividend, 13s.
