3. When two or more horses start the property of the same owner, a distinguishing colour must be worn. 4. All persons intending to withdraw horses are required to give notice to that effect to the Secretary or Clerk of Seales one half hour before the advertised time of starting. Any person neglecting or refusing to comply with this rule shall pay a fine of 5 sovs to the race funds. 5. All races to be ran under W. J.C. rules. 6. Horses walking over will receive only half the stakes. 7. No horse to save his stake in any race, except where otherwise specified. 8. Penalties in above programme not to be cumulative. 9. In the event of two or more horses belonging to the same owner running in any one race, the said horses shall be bracketed together on the totalisator, and the dividend paid as for the one horse in the event of either winning.
