The meeting held, and all races run, subject to the rules of the Auckland Racing Club. No entry shall be received except on this condition: That all disputes and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards or those whom they may appoint. Entries, nominations, and acceptances must be accompanied by the necessary cash or cheque. Special attention is drawn to this rule, as there will be no exception. The attention of horse-owners is particularly drawn to the following rule : —That the pedigree, age, performances and colours must accompany the nomination of every horse.
