. _ 'August 10. Bridge. One of the largest bridge parties of the season was given this week by the Misses Gilkison at the •“ Haerainai ” tea rooms. All the guests spent a most enjoyable evening, and the successful prize-winners were Mrs Harrison, Mrs Childs, and Mr Dunlop. Tire third of a series of subscription danees was held at Warwick House, trie music and floor being all that could be desired. A very enjoyable evening was spent by all present.
