Dear Bee, April 21st. The Ngamotu Golf Club was favoured with fine weather last Saturday for the opening oi the first TARANAKI CHAMPIONSHIP MEETING. Th? Auckland Club sent four representatives, including J. C. Burns, last years club champion. Delirious afternoon tea was provided by the lady members. Among those present we;c: Mrs. W. A MOST ENJOYABLE DANCE , was held in the Theatre Royal last AlonJay evening in aid of the Western Park funds.
