WHAT TO TAKE. I f you w ant to have, a clear, soft skin and a fresh complexion free from imperfection. you must be very careful to select the food that will agree with you and with it. and to follow certain rides of health. Many articles of food are excellent, in their way but do not improve the complexion, so that you should make up your menu from this page if you want to look your best.
