The Council of the New Zealand Cyclists’ Touring Club has concluded arrangements with the New Zealand Accident Insurance Company whereby members who desire to take out accident policies will be enabled to obtain a considerable concession on the ordinary rates. Authorities differ as to the rate of growth of the human hair, and it is said to lie very dissimilar in different individuals. The most usually accepted calculation gives six and a half inches per annum.
