EE FASHION-PLATE, PAGE 17.) We are enabled this week to present 'Hu readers with two exceedingly handsome dresses worn in London at one of Her Majesty's Receptions. The Countess of Cromartie > the figure on the left», wore a train of pale willow-green Lyons velvet, lined with pale petunia gros royal from the shoulder : corsage of rieh ivory sarin duebesse, trimmed with pearl embroidered wheat-ears and pale green ostrich tips : inpe of ivory satin duchesse, covered with embroidered tulle, pearl wheat-ears, and iridescent beads : ornaments, pearls and diamonds. Lady Boston the lower figure, was robed in her wedding dress, lily of the valley brocade, draped with Brussels lace, caught with plumes of pale blue osbieh feathers; train from the shoulder of white silk riehly brocaded with silver, and lined with white satin, the lace prettily draped on the todiee with diamond ornaments and silver filagree butterflies.
