Missing Friends.
Information is requested as to the present whereabouts of John Thomas Toon, aged 16 years, sft. 4in., fair complexion, slight build, brown hair, blue eyes, a small brown spot in blue circle of left eye ; had when last seen, on 15th April, 1874, two suits of clothes, one all brown and the other a blue coat and light trousers and vest. He was thought to have accompanied the Steele-Keogh or Clara Stephenson troupe of actors to Wellington or Auckland, but he has not been heard of at either place. Information to be forwarded to the Commissioner of Police, Christchurch.
