James is charged on warrant with misdeameanour under the Bankruptcy Act (failing to attend final examination), at District Court, Oamaru. Description :—English or Colonial, about 30 years, sft. Bin., medium build, upright gait, fresh complexion, bushy dark-brown straight hair, whiskers and moustache, hazel or black eyes • a bullock driver and bushman.

William Middleton is charged on warrant with embezzlement. Description : —A native, 13 years, 4ft. 10in., stout build, full face, fresh complexion, large head, fair hair, high forehead, dressed in grey-striped cloth coat, part of sleeve of different material, cord trousers, cloth cap, watertight boots ; has been employed as a milkboy ; supposed to be looking for work on some farm or station.

Frank Dogherty is charged on warrant with disobeying a summons to appear before the Resident Magistrate Court, Oxford, an the 25th September, 1872. Description: —A labourer, 22 or 23 years, but looks about 18; sft. lin., between 7 and 8 stone weight, jockey build, fair hair, no whiskers or moustache, fresh looking.
