(b) Expenses arising from tour of duty by the Chief of the General Staff to the United Kingdom. (c) Main provision is for sea freights on ammunition, stores, and equipment to be purchased from United Kingdom and Japan (8.C.0.P. stocks). (d) Overexpenditure due to payments for restoration of property damaged as the result of occupancy for war purposes, previously charged to War Expenses Account.
