No. 58, 1935.—Petition of Huru Paora and 38 Others, of Mokai. Praying that the report of a special Commission set up to define the boundaries of the Tauponuiatia Block in 1889 be given effect to. I am directed to report that in the opinion of the Committee this petition should be referred to the Government for inquiry. 7th May, 1936.

I am directed to report that the member presenting the petition having expressed a wish to withdraw the same, the Committee recommends that the petition be allowed to be withdrawn. 13th May, 1936.
