Praying for appointment to a position commensurate with the one he held prior to taking up the appointment of Harbourmaster at Apia, or compensation in lieu thereof. Praying that legislation be enacted providing for the payment of full superannuation to members of the Railways Department compulsorily retired on an actuarial equivalent basis in 1931.
