Other surface vessels retained by France, Italy, and Japan. The following is to be carried out: (1) removal of one half of the guns, but four guns of main calibre may be retained on each vessel; (2) removal of all torpedo tubes ; (3) removal of all aviation facilities and accessories ; (4) removal of one half of the boilers.
