Sir, — Herewith I have the honour to lay before you my twenty-first annual report, for the year ended 31st March, 1929, relative to the working of the Fire Brigades Act, and including matter in connection therewith. One new fire district was constituted during the year —viz., Opotiki, Ist October, 1928.
