Of the " Seagull " in time to avert a collision. The lights on the " Seagull" were proper and sufficient, and when the collision was imminent she kept on her proper course, and > credit is due to her master for promptly realizing the position and successfully beaching his vessel. The Court ordered the F. R. Jensen. owners of the " Mako " to pay £20, the master £20. and the chief officer £10 to. wards the cost of the inquiry The " Weka," entering the harbour, ran into the " Tangaroa " lying at her berth.
